With the pause in Ponta Delgada, the weather forecast has improved and should allow Sail For Epilepsy to sail to Porto, Portugal this week. Phil and his new crew made up of Dave, Jim, and Robert departed around 10am local (GMT) and will stay in the protection of the south side of the island, then venture out into 20-25 kts of breeze with seas that should continue to diminish through the day and evening.
